Social Impact Hub supports social enterprises and NFP clients to build their capacity to deliver impact, including enabling collaboration and funding development, strategic planning and impact investment readiness work. In this role, I oversaw the Scaling Impact Accelerator program, the implementation of the Impact Investment Readiness Growth Grant work, including capital raises, and the development of the Impact Investing Hub.

Scaling Impact is an accelerator program that helps social enterprises and purpose-driven startups grow their business and prepare for future impact investment. Following participation in the program the social enterprises then often go on to raise impact investment capital with the support of Social Impact Hub. I led the team running the program working closely with the enterprises, collaborators and other stakeholders to deliver an intensive 5 month program working towards impact investment readiness.

Good Foundations is an advisory and consulting business focussed solely on the not for profit and social enterprise sectors. It focuses on a wide range of areas, especially finance, strategy, risk, program impact and operational effectiveness. It helps organisations maximise their internal efficiencies so they can focus more on delivering effective programs for the clients they serve.

Redkite is Australia's leading childhood cancer support charity. Families facing childhood cancer access free practical, emotional and financial support. I worked with Redkite's Research and Evaluation team evaluating and providing recommendations for improvements to two of Redkite’s main programs. Also was involved in a review of reporting and data collection management and processes.

I worked together with Opportunity International Network partners in adoption of industry best practice and use of social data to help understand, measure and increase the positive impact on the lives of families living in poverty around the world. As part of my role I supported data collection, management, analysis and reporting and capacity building as partners implement their social performance programs and focus on the needs of clients. By doing this, we worked to empower people living in poverty to most effectively transform their lives, their children's futures and their communities.
