Teaching yoga (gentle, adaptive, chair, and flow) and improvisational movement, Let Your Yoga Dance (LYYD), LYYD for Special Populations (anyone new to movement, recovering from injury, disabled, or elderly), and stress reduction. Kate's approach is learning self care through awareness, movement, breath, and humor. Yoga dance combines great music with easy moves that leave you uplifted, energized, and inspired. If you keep saying you need to move, this is the place to start -- just where you are -- with no expectations other than showing up with an open mind and willing heart.

Over the course of 24 years built and developed a robust government client base for whom the conference services group organizes and conducts meetings and events of all sizes for government agencies including US EPA, OSHA, FDA, CDC, and state governments focusing on environmental and policy issues. In addition, fostered the growth and development of the scientific peer review services offered to government clients, building a cadre of national and international scientists and technical experts to call upon for expert panels and peer reviews. Also, organized and coordinated special events, such as award dinners, receptions, exhibitions, site demonstrations and tours.
