Manages the DentaQuest Foundation-supported "Innovation in School Oral Health Services" program, with the goal of incorporating oral health into the largest school districts in the nation. As Program Manager, I act as the primary contact with the district teams, establishing learning opportunities, providing technical assistance, holding monthly action calls, and reviewing quality improvement data. In this role I also help plan and implement national convenings around the intersection of health and education; deliver national and regional in-person and web-based workshops and trainings; develop the structure and compile resources for an online school oral health resource library; and assist with the supervision and mentoring of program juniors.

Oversees and coordinates all aspects of various educational studies, including those under the auspices of University of Maryland; data collection and analysis; hiring researchers; coordinating focus groups; developing business plans that include market analysis, financial viability, working strategies, goals, and anticipated goals; research; writing and editing.
