-Leads GreenLight Site Success functional area and is responsible for the overall management and support of site Executive Directors within identified GLF sites. - Ensures that the Site Success Team and GreenLight have the right organizational systems and tools to assess, learn from and report on site success at the site and network-wide levels. - Provides thought partnership and support to Executive Directors to help them navigate management and leadership challenges and reach their site goals. - Manages up to six sites collaborating with other Vice Presidents and functional leads to ensure coordinated support to sites.

Lead GreenLight Bay Area’s work and provide peer management to three other GreenLight Fund site executive directors.

• Lead our continued growth, impact and innovation in San Francisco Bay Area. • Oversee a cross-sector Selection Advisory Council made up of leaders from the worlds of venture capital, finance, philanthropy, government and social impact. • Lead an extensive analysis of the unmet needs in various cities within the Bay Area, followed by a diligence and selection process to identify and invest in a high-performance solution. • Provide sustained support and technical assistance to expanding organizations as they launch and grow in the Bay Area. • Serve on the Bay Area boards of portfolio organizations

- Served as member of organization’s Management Team- Responsible for $2M+ annual fundraising budget through institutional and individual donor contributions.- Managed Communications department- worked closely with board member experts to raise organization’s profile and improve internal and external communications. - Managed Enrollment department - developed new strategic plan to tackle declining enrollment and focus efforts on strengthening community relationships. Enrollment exceeded previous 3 years. - Staffed the Development Working Group of the Board of Directors - board giving increased 20% over previous year. - Initiated new annual fundraising event, which raised $270k and $300k consecutively. - Raised $730,000 for new school growth in three months. - Created new development tracking systems and initiated new collaboration with finance department.

- Promoted to Regional Director after 13 months serving as Regional Coordinator- Managed 4 district offices including 28 employees and 8 direct reports- Responsible for raising an overall fundraising budget of $4.8 million through a combination of events, corporate giving campaigns, grassroots fundraising and donor relations- Directed regional vision and culture - developed set of regional values and implemented new training programs- Supervised all health care services - including the execution of 3 week-long summer camps and 7 MDA-funded multi-disciplinary clinics serving families with neuromuscular disease - Managed local relationship with Safeway Northern California senior staff, and spearheaded “customer ask” campaign that raised $1.1M in 2012

Development: - Coordinated Summit for Danny Bhutan – an international fundraising mountain climb. One-on-one coaching resulted in each member of the volunteer fundraising team raising more money than ever before.- Created “Council Connections” – small community events spotlighting Council programs. “Council Connections” events resulted in record-breaking donations in 2007.Special Events:- Responsible for planning and implementation of all special events – both community outreach and fundraising.- While in leadership of the gala, Amethyst Ball, the event ended its fundraising decline and raised more money each year than the prior – netting $350,000 in 2008.Public Relations- Directed communications – including external e-newsletter, internal Intra-net, Council websites, and press releases.- Responsible for public image of the Council, acted as a spokesperson with media, giving community presentations, handling all donor relations and giving interviews.
