ELLA'S KITCHEN launched in the United Kingdom - the UK in 2006 and is a company that makes high-quality, Organic Baby and Toddler food. Our food is sold in supermarkets throughout the UK, China, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Belgium, Netherlands, Canada, and the United States. ELLA'S KITCHEN has a 30% share of the UK baby food sector and a global turnover of $121m. I commenced my Career at IBM as a Systems Integration and Technical Specialist looking after one of their major clients - TELSTRA. After a successful 12 month employment period I was promoted to the position of Strategic Partnering Associate - managing Process improvements and Training. I was also trained in RISK Management Consulting by the IBM Project Management team. In late 2002 I co-authored a successful "white paper" on the IT Services Market and recommended Marketing Strategies for IBM that were implemented in the Business. I created and Project Managed a successful "Balanced Scorecard" that was used to deploy Strategic Planning and monitor timelines and cost production.In 2003 I was promoted to Strategy Analyst in the Marketing and Strategy Management Team with the responsibility of Account Planning Sessions and managing all communications to our Sales Team, working closely with our Project Management Team to establish an effective Portal for all Sales Activity with instant Sales Intelligence data.In 2004 my next promotion was to Senior Market Analyst in our IBM Global Services - Asia Pacific for our Small Business Clients. This involved extensive Market Research, System Integration, and new Marketing and Sales Action initiatives. This Project led to my Promotion as a Business Development Specialist in 2006 for the large emerging China and India Markets. I was also responsible for supporting the divisions with IBM'S acquisition of NETSOL Network Solutions.In 2007 I was promoted to Marketing Manager for End User Services - reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and I was responsible for all Strategy and Marketing.

BORDEAU INDEX is an International Wine Trading Company and I was employed as their Office Administrator with the added responsibility of Executive Assistant to each of the Company Directors. I was also responsible for Sales Administration, Database Management, Reception, Office Supplies and Assisting Human Resources in their Recruitment processes.
