Kate brings over 15 years of diverse commercial real estate experience, that includes property management, facility management and development. Prior to leading the property management team at Foundry Commercial, Kate was with CBRE Americas managing Amazon occupied buildings in Seattle, WA and prior to that role, spent 2.5 years with CBRE Asia Pacific, managing Class A high-rise office buildings in Brisbane, Australia CBD. She also won Property Manager of the Year in the State of Queensland. Kate has experience managing multiple properties with a wide range of tenant base ranging from single tenant users, tech, professional services, medical office and laboratories, government and retail tenants working with national and international clients.
