With a deep-rooted passion for education, water safety, and community wellbeing, I have dedicated more than 15 years to Life Saving Victoria (LSV), where I currently serve as the Interim Company Secretary and General Manager – Strategic Advisory. In this role, I lead critical functions across governance, risk, assurance & integrity, media & communications, and research, evaluation & insights, aimed at keeping our organisation aligned, accountable, and forward-thinking. My journey began as a secondary school Physical Education & Health teacher, volunteer surf lifesaver, and swim teacher, and so beyond LSV, I am committed to enabling all people to lead active and healthy lives and have served on the board of ACHPER Victoria for seven years, and as the President (Chair) for the past three years. My commitment to community service extends to volunteering with the Red Cross, where I assist in supporting local communities before, during, and after emergencies.
