People Powered Results worked with organisations and systems across the UK to release the power of people closest to issues to adapt and take action in an increasingly complex world. PPR was a Nesta specialist enterprise that has been pioneering new approaches to achieving change and innovations in systems since 2014. Areas of work included children and young people’s life chances, equitable food access, mental health, homelessness, end of life and community engagement and place making. My role was to work with my co-director to set a clear vision for the business, build ownership of the strategy amongst the team and buy in from external partners.

Senior leader within a team delivering innovative, place based approaches to transformation in complex systems . Led the team's response to Covid-19, including developing and testing new methods and approaches to support our partners to respond to the crisis.

Led a portfolio of projects facilitating systemic change across complex UK systems including children and young people's mental health, elective care and learning disabilities and autism. Responsibilities included: Internal 'people focussed' processes and structures.Strengthening the team's approach to co-production and capability building. Business Development, building and maintaining relationships with national and local leadership teams and developing winning proposals for new programmes.

Delivered 100 day challenges within health and care systems across England. Role included coaching teams and individuals, designing and facilitating events and programme and relationship management.

Operational lead of Health Begins at Home, a high profile and award-winning randomised control trial that tested the effectiveness of two types of interventions in improving the health and wellbeing of tenants aged 50 and over.

Masters Level Course funded by NHS London. The programme comprised of taught modules and practice placements within BEH Mental Health Trust.

Recruitment, management and development of teams working with a range of vulnerable adults within housing related support services.
