Overseeing 5 hospitality venues; Gastro Pubs, Boutique Hotel, 2 Rosette Restaurant, Style BarRecruiting and training managersManaging all marketing and PR for the venuesActing on P&L's, driving sales and profit of the venuesLiaising with food and liquor suppliers to ensure we have the best products at the best prices

Managing a range of Retail and Hospitality client accounts .Creating radio campaigns including radio advertisments, daily bulletins, event sweepers and live shows. Preparing quotes, invoices and analysing all financials on a monthly basis.Providing regular updates across all social media.

Area ManagementI oversaw a group of bar/restaurants in my allocated area with responsibility for all financials, driving sales, customer service and standards. I had a group of General Managers reporting directly to me.
