I currently work as a Project Manager with Bozzuto's Learning & Leadership team, overseeing the project load of an 11-person team while ensuring our priorities align with Bozzuto's business objectives. I conduct both instructor-led training and virtual instructor-led training, as well as leadership onboarding and training as an Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner. I'm proficient in Cognota, DiSC Catalyst, hy.ly, HTML, Rise 360 by Articulate, Cornerstone, Canva, Microsoft, Zoom and Zoom Events. I have six years of experience with Bozzuto on the site level, from a leasing consultant to a community manager.Key accomplishments in my current role:• I tested and implemented our team's project management software, Cognota, which we utilize daily to track projects and their alignment to business objectives.• I plan and execute the annual Bozzuto Management Awards, a celebration of our most important asset—our people.• I've led, created, and deployed the monthly Bozzuto Management Company "In the Know" Newsletter since 2019.• I've created and evolved Bozzuto's Regional Manager Onboarding Program, preparing both regionals new to Bozzuto and promoted to their role for success.• I play an integral part in major initiatives rolled out to the site level, including the Bozzuto Ambiance Guide.Key accomplishments in my time with Bozzuto:• I was responsible for the lease-up and financial stabilization as Property Manager of a 194-unit property in the affluent Ballantyne neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina.• I successfully assisted as Assistant Property Manager in the lease-up and stabilization of a 193-unit property, stabilizing in eight months.• I was a finalist for Assistant Property Manager of the Year at the 2015 Bozzuto Management Awards.• I acted as a Towson University Campus Ambassador, attending campus recruiting events and recruiting future prospects during career fairs held in Towson, Maryland.• I was an onboarding advisor to four Bozzuto hires, assisting to acclimate new leasing consultants to their position and community.
