I discovered design when I was 12 years old and would spend hours teaching myself how to code websites and create graphics on Photoshop. Yep, I was that kid.In 2013, I created a travel blog and within a year I released an eBook on budget travel, started working as a content writer for BuzzFeed and Metro UK and launched my first web design business. This is where I started to really dig deep on SEO and understand the important place it had in my web design work.Like a lot of online business owners, in 2020 I decided to take the leap and launch my own business.In 2021, I took a few months off work after having my second baby and when I returned, the online marketing place had taken a weird turn. My reach on Instagram (which was my biggest marketing channel) was down the pan and I knew I needed to do something to start bringing in new clients.Enter: TikTok.Never in a million years did I expect to become a content creator on TikTok.
