The key objective of a Creative Services Project Manager is to insure efficient and successful execution of creative tasks within Shared Creative Services teams. Creative work quality, training and coaching are the role of the SCS directors, management of overall projects lives within alignments.Accountabilities:• Work with SCS management to schedule resources based on information in requests, estimates from the SCS supervisors, experience and feedback from resources.• Insure requests are defined, actionable and directed by appropriate leaders before assignment.• Oversee and administrate the work request/assignment process for shared services teams as assigned.• Clearly communicate the assignment of tasks to requestors, SCS resources and management.• Update work schedules (staffing plans) for active projects through daily scrums.• Provide early warning of issues, identify blocked tasks and negotiate staffing solutions within the SCS teams when possible.• Implement and develop processes/standards to insure dependable handoffs between teams.Skills:• Ability to foster collaboration - bringing individuals with diverse backgrounds and locations together to work seamlessly and deliver work on time and within budget.• Understanding of work processes for a wide variety of creative deliverables.• Effective verbal and written communication skills.• Ability to build working relationships across teams and levels of leadership.• Flexibility and adaptability to situations that arise during the course of projects.• Problem solving skills, focus on solutions, cool under pressure.• Good time management for self and project teams.• Attention to detail.
