Moove and Groove Dementia Care Engagement Solutions is an innovative technology solution that improves the wellbeing of people living with dementia by creating moments of joy and connection. ► Oversaw strategic planning, commercial growth, product development, people leadership, industry insights, account management and strategic partnerships as a key member of the executive leadership team.► Led business growth strategies that rapidly expanded the customer base and generated robust annual revenue. ► Managed OPEX to achieve profit within six months of commencing the role.
