This role involves liaising with supportstaff, management, and external healthcare professionals in meetings, carereviews and via telephone and email.I also ensure in this role that the focus is around developing proactivestrategies and teach new skills based on understanding a person's needrather than reacting on the negative of challenging behaviours.
