Dual role leading the Woolworths Group strategies for Resourcing & frontline team learning and People lead for frontline team experiences at Woolworths Supermarkets

A newly created role to lead the delivery of one of our strategic People priorities, Meaningful Employment. The focus being multi skilling, meaningful hours and careers to support both meaningful employment and a multi skilled agile workforce.

People partner for the Woolworths Group COVID response squad. Role includes partnering with the Head of Group COVID response to establish a high performing cross functional squad and play a lead role role to deliver the frameworks, policies, support and approach to how the Woolworths Group responds to COVID related impacts. Including team, customer, community and operational impacts to deliver against our strategic priorities of COVID Safe and COVID Care.

Lead a team of Senior Culture & People partners as well as directly partnering Managing Director level leaders across Woolworths Group to deliver our Customer 1st, Team 1st cultural ambitions and business priorities. The teams we partner include New Business, Legal, Property, Customer Transformation, Strategy, M&A. We also provide strategic and generalist HR partnering for the Culture & People teams within the Woolworths Group.

The Woolworths Food Academy is the Woolworths Supermarkets Learning & Development function providing end to end learning and development strategy and solutions (partnering, instructional design and facilitation).
