Providing bespoke national and sub-national analysis, data driven insights and strategic brand recommendations across AbbVie's Virology and Speciality Products division. Areas of focus include SFE metrics/benchmarking, segmentation/targeting/territory sizing and structuring, pre-launch market analysis and strategic brand planning input, pre-launch long range forecasting, launch KPI tracking, CLM analytics design and tracking, brand specific dashboard analytics and demand planning input. By working as part of the BI/BA team we deliver data and research based insights covering market sizing and opportunity, strategic planning support and constant performance feedback and recommendations. This is delivered through partnering across three brand teams (1 x Virology, 2 x Speciality Products) as part of cross functional matrix teams, in addition to working with various internal UK, European and Global stakeholders.

Providing intelligence and insight across Sales, Marketing and NHS Interactions, specifically covering Sales Force Effectiveness, CRM Systems maintenance and analysis, Targeting, Territory Structuring, NHS Data integration and Sales Analytics across multiple therapy areas within Primary and Secondary care.

Managing all aspects of dedicated contract sales teams with several clients from contract agreements, set up and implementation and recruitment/transfer through to day to day ongoing management of all client requirements (cars/equipment/expenses/payroll/HR functions/reporting) within project budgets.
