As the Global Head of the Institutional Currency Sales team, I developed and executed the group's business strategy which more recently featured the expansion of eFX and EM capabilities, created a competitive sales value measurement as well as identified and captured major areas of growth. This journey commenced with the build out of the Canadian team which quickly grew to the top 2 ranked Canadian coverage team on the street from near nonexistence. This included establishing best practices in credit, onboarding, marketing strategy, cross business function referral opportunities and client coverage standards all while actively covering some of the firm's best clients in first class style. Closely partnered with the macro strategy team to successfully uptier product offering and client proliferation. For 3 years I was the program lead that saw the growth of BMO's participation in WCM's Return to Bay Street program.

Coverage included day to day hedging activity in currencies and energy. Frequently included on private side M&A advisory deals strategizing on market and closing risk mitigation.

Often included in behind the wall M&A transactions advising on a variety of different strategies to address market and closing risks.
