Kate Stoughton is a technical advisor for the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL). Kate specializes in water management and has expertise in strategic planning, comprehensive facility evaluations, Federal water policy guidance, water resilience, and development and instruction of water management training. Kate provides water management expertise to Federal programs such as the Army, Department of Energy, and the General Services Administration, with the objective to implement strategies for water efficiency, sustainability, and resilience. Kate has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado and is a member of the American Water Works Association.
