Chief media and public relations coordinator for the Gotlieb Center's operations and season of events, writing and distributing press releases and managing marketing campaigns. Managed and created content (written, visual and audiovisual) for the Center's social media platforms, and oversaw Center's main website and 9 additional featured websites. Worked with BU Public Relations office to publicize and promote Center news and events. Wrote copy for all publicity materials for the Center's full season of events (25+ per year), comprising celebrity guest talks; workshops and performance masterclasses; exhibition openings; faculty lectures and colloquia; and student seminars. Served as liaison to VIP guests as required by the Director. Supervised Gotlieb Center's Student Advisory Council, recruiting student advisors to provide feedback on Center operations and events, and actively involved students in event planning and promotional campaigns.

Was responsible for locating and managing all materials (scores, books, and audio-visual materials) requested as course reserves by faculty. Assisted faculty as needed with course content for Blackboard and other online learning platforms. Served as a point-of-contact for library services, assisting patrons as needed with all library resources. Led on- and offsite Library orientation sessions by request for current, new and prospective students and faculty. Created and managed content for Music Library social media platforms. Created events and initiatives designed to raise the Library’s public profile. Developed and maintained relationships with other branch libraries as well as with offices, departments and schools across campus. Represented the Music Library at on- and off-campus events and conferences. Co-managed metadata as well as patron records. With Music Librarians and the Student Staff Coordinator, trained and supervised student staff.

Provided one-on-one and group instruction in ear training and sight-singing skills for undergraduate Fundamentals of Music course. Graded student assignments and final projects, providing additional instruction outside of class as needed. Created lesson plans and delivered lectures as required by lead instructor. Provided technical and administrative support to lead instructor as needed.

Based on personal referrals and also through university tutoring centers, I assisted individual students in honing various language skills. I worked with ESL students at all levels of ability and education, practicing conversation as well as editing and helping to craft coherent academic papers and personal statements in fluent, idiomatic English. Additionally, I accepted commissions to translate song lyrics and poetic texts from Italian, French or German into English.

Was responsible for grading all student assignments and exams for two undergraduate classes offered by the Department of Musicology & Ethnomusicolgy, keeping records of grades and attendance for groups of 40 students or more. Prepared multiple lessons and taught sessions of class, met with students outside of class as needed in order to provide extra assistance with coursework.Additionally, provided executive support to the Department of Musicology & Ethnomusicology Chair. Duties included coordinating the operations of a senior faculty search committee, organizing and hosting receptions for distinguished visitors, serving as liaison to other university departments, and creating the first draft of the current graduate student handbook.

Directed and designed sound for a modern dress, black box theatre production of Tom Stoppard's Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead for Oklahoma City University School of Theatre (TheatreOCU)'s Stage II series for the 2009-2010 season of plays. The show featured a cast of fourteen actors, supported by three crew members.
