Left this role because of redundancy due to shared services being dissolved.The main focus of this role was working on a restructure and ensuring a fair and legally compliant process with clear communication for a collective consultation process. Circa 45 employees in the UK were impacted. 4 in Europe impacted. Closed two companies in the US impacting 7 employees. Worked on a TUPE project impacting circa 18 people ensuring a fair and legally compliant process was followed and communicated clearly.Partnered with an external sponsorship licence consultant for one of the businesses to successfully receive a Sponsorship Licence. Worked closely with the Head of HR, CEOs for the businesses I was partnering with alongside the COO, and Finance Director. Line managed two HR Assistants.

RLYL is a b2b pr company with a headcount of around 60. Led the the people and culture strategy across London, Paris, Berlin, Boston, LA and Austin. Member of the senior management team and reported to the CEO.Worked with a brilliant team to roll out scalable new initiatives for onboarding, company handbooks, recruitment. Proposed and rolled out BambooHR to ensure slicker and efficient operational processes across all regions.

Squint Opera is a design studio based in East London. I was Head of People & Culture for London and New York reporting to the CEO. An operational and strategic generalist role with line management responsibilities. A big emphasis of this role was culture and ensuring employees were engaged, performing and importantly happy.

Reported directly to the Managing Director and managed all aspects of HR to ensure that VML has a fair, rewarding and people focused culture. Managed a range of HR matters from benefits and reward, learning and development, employee engagement initiatives and proposals, ER (coaching, grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies, performance management, long term and short term sickness), updating and communicating company polices, offer letters, contracts, on-boarding, probationary advice and reviews, exit interviews and other ad-hoc HR related projects. Responsible for ensuring that the HR team are SOX and WPP compliant.
