Business Analyst/Programmatic SETA for DoD/Gov't Market.

Business Management and System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support to the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA) Office of Smart Collection (OSC). Responsibilities include: business and financial oversight, tracking, coordination, and acquisition of a new advanced technology program. Other responsibilities include program funding tracking and metrics, records management and deliverable collection, communication among subject matter experts, program managers, performers, agents and other support to IARPA/SC.

Financial & Programmatic SETA supporting multiple space related programs in support of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Office’s (DARPA) Strategic Technology Office (STO) and Tactical Technology Office (TTO). Primary responsibilities include: program management support; advisory support on requirements including cost, schedule and deliverable data, budget execution, agent coordination (including DOE “Work for Others”, NRO, USAF), RDDS preparation and briefings; monitoring program performance by executing program tracking including obligations, commitments, and expenditures; producing financial status reports and other metrics; preparing and coordination of funding documents; ensuring deliverables collection; assisting in new start effort tasks including Broad Agency Announcement preparation, and source selection data generation; planning, execution, and coordination of meetings and conferences related to the program manager’s technical research areas; works closely with performers, subject matter experts, agents and OGA personnel to support program requirements and to determine technical impacts on program execution; teams with technical SETAs and program managers to assist in project management and contract coordination.

Customer Operations Manager supporting global regulatory activities related to adverse event reporting by pharmaceutical companies, clinical research organizations, and global regulatory agencies. Primary responsibilities included: managing the distribution of marketed products to a global subscriber base; subscription database tracking; maintaining internal client relationships with Japanese counterparts by providing analysis of client base, invoicing and renewals; authoring release documentation; performing quarterly reviews; coordinating with stakeholders on content updates; uploading post‐distribution records information into SQL databases; actively promoting MedDRA products at tradeshows and User Group meetings; designing booth exhibits; planning and logistics for User Group meetings; distributing quarterly newsletter; contract negotiation and management including vendor services; financial tracking; budget analysis and forecasts for subscription revenue; and working with Director on merger approvals. Additionally, responsibilities extended to managing a help desk, producing monthly metrics and reports, and served as the MedDRA MSSO Training Coordinator for employees that involved maintaining employee rosters, TTDB training records, CME records, metric spreadsheets and attending monthly working group meetings with other NG projects.Coordinator and medical dictionary analyst responsible for maintaining quality assurance standards for the medical regulatory community through MedDRA. Responsibilities included: maintaining web pages; validating the accuracy of medical terminology through dataset analysis; preparing written reports; giving informational PowerPoint presentations; conducting in‐depth reviews of terminology for adverse event reporting; running MS Access and SQL queries; and training incoming analysts.
