I'm a freelance consultant, working with social sector organisations to create generative and effective governance models, and supporting more autonomy and self management within teams. I'm a Relational Dynamic Coach and Action Learning Facilitator, and love working with people to unpick the sticky business of getting things done, and build new systems that work for everyone.

The Digital Commons Cooperative makes the mapping and data sharing tools that people need to build a more regenerative world. We are a community tech start up which is home to LandExplorer.coop, Twine-Together.coop, and MykoMaps.

After 10 years of working to build Shared Assets alongside Mark Walton, I'm excited to transition into a new non-executive role, and to continue delivering some projects as an associate.

At Shared Assets we believe that land is a common good that should deliver shared benefits for everyone. We are a think and do tank working to create a socially just future through practical projects that build new relationships between people and the land.

Toynbee Hall is a community organisation that pioneers ways to reduce poverty and disadvantage in the East End of London. I was a trustee and chair of the committee overseeing the redevelopment of the complex historic estate.

I managed the Coin Street Consultancy team, providing tailored specialist support for community led building and regeneration projects. We worked across the public, private and third sectors to support visionary and ambitious community development, based on our real world experience.

Solon Community Network was an independent resident involvement consultancy. I worked as an advisor to tenants and residents on major estate regeneration programmes, and led the support to the Wycombe District Tenants & Leaseholders Committee in establising Red Kite Community Housing, a tenant led housing association.

The Environment Trust was an innovative development trust that worked in the east end of London and nationally. My role involved managing the Trust's commercial property, co-ordinating community led regeneration programmes and campaigns, and delivering consultancy services.

I co-ordinated Defra's input into the (the last set of) reforms of the planning system.
