I have extensive experience advising publicly listed corporations, private organisations and individuals as well as government clients on environment, planning and land access issues throughout NSW as well as other Australian jurisdictions.I regularly advise on the provisions of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, Local Government Act, Mining Act, Water Management Act, Protection of the Environment Operations Act and all other aspects of environment and planning law, with deep experience across the resources, renewables, waste and water sectors. I am passionate about working with industry to develop a stable and sustainable energy market in Australia and I have the privilege of working with many clients across the energy sector in my role as joint lead of McCullough Robertson’s Resources and Renewables Industry Group.
