As an MHM Research Analyst, I handle an end-to-end range of tasks including client-facing research design, project management, database management and statistical analysis for projects across Australia and New Zealand.

BARTR facilitates residencies for researchers, sound, and visual artists in Budapest. The program focuses on collaboration between visiting and local practitioners and works closely with a range of NGOs, businesses, and independent creators in Budapest and throughout the CEE area. I co-founded BARTR in 2015 and continue to oversee the whole program each session; where I design and manage the program content, recruit new partners and collaborators, and procure project funding. As is the case with all non-profits, it can mean long hours with little remuneration. But, it's really rewarding to see projects fostered during the program continue long after a session has ended.Challenges I personally met and oversaw include:• Design and execution of an annual, 3-month long program for sound artists and researchers that provides ongoing professional and creative connections between international and local artists, cultural organisations, and other civil society organisations.• Ensuring the program ethically contributes to the cultural, economic, and social enrichment of a historically lower socio-economic area of Budapest, by consulting with community leaders and other civil society representatives about elements of the program.• Managed a team of 15 program organisers, curators, and up to 15 artist-in-residents to produce a cohesive, socially integrated, and successful program that complies with budgetary requirements and European Union funding requirements.

The Social Research Centre offers a range of research and evaluation services including research design, survey management, statistical consulting, qualitative research, data science applications, and analysis and reporting. • I conduct one-on-one surveys according to sample and research objectives and employ control techniques and other best practices to ensure survey data remains unbiased and fit for evaluation and analysis.

They work to create and support innovative sustainability projects in the areas of environmental protection, green communication, social and cultural activities, education, and research.I worked closely with Mindspace over a long period, both directly and via collaborative projects with BARTR. Transitions is a Prague-based magazine that covers the politics, economics, and culture of the former communist countries of Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Halfway through my post-graduate degree, I spent 6 months as an editorial intern at Transitions to deepen my knowledge of the region.During my time at Transitions• I wrote summaries of daily news items from the Central and Eastern European and Central Asian region that covered political, economic, environmental, and social news in a way that was succinct, informative, and digestible.• Edited feature and opinion articles submitted by contributing writers whose first language was not English to ensure they were fit to print without losing any of the nuance, tone, and context of the original drafts.• Pitched and interviewed for and wrote feature articles on topics that were of interest to the Transitions' readership.

Finder is an Australian comparison site that informs consumers about numerous services and products available to them across a range of industries, particularly personal finance.• I wrote SEO copy to brief for thousands of articles, sales pages, and pillar pages to promote affiliates and other partners of Finder.com.au, increasing exposure for the affiliates and overall traffic to Finder.com.au.
