I worked on both Australian Traveller Magazine and International Traveller Magazine for a month as the Editorial Intern. On a daily basis I worked alongside the editors completing tasks such as sub-editing, fact-checking, proofreading, writing sub headings and headings. I used InDesign on a daily basis and learnt a lot about the editorial side of magazines.

For three months over Summer 2012/2013 I worked as the "news intern" for Yahoo!7, specialising in online content for Today Tonight. I was tasked to source stories from around the world and write articles to be uploaded on the Yahoo!7 webpage. One of my articles received the "biggest hits" of the day which was an exciting accomplishment. Further to this, I worked on the constant update of editorial and images on the Today Tonight webpage.
