I am the Executive Director of Culture at Aspect, a leading creative agency in the entertainment industry and my team for over nine years. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Production Design from the University of Southern California, which gives me a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.My role is to create and foster a positive, collaborative, and fun work environment for our talented team of editors and producers, who work on theatrical, streaming, gaming, and digital campaigns. I design and execute all events, awards, and client gifting that showcase Aspect's creativity and vision, as well as plan and finalize annual parties and celebrations, such as our famed holiday party. I also coordinate and run routine music showcases, volunteer events, off-site happy hours, and company community groups, to keep our team engaged and motivated. Additionally, I manage a team that performs all interoffice activity, including daily communication, training, mentorship, internship, and donation programs, to support our team's growth and development. I have strong skills in employee engagement, interpersonal skills, problem solving, event planning, and office management, as well as the ability to adapt to changing needs and situations.I am passionate about creating and maintaining a culture that reflects Aspect's values, vision, and creativity. I believe that a happy and productive team is the key to delivering excellent work and satisfying our clients.
