Support program of up to 1800 temporary workers at a time. Counsel employees regarding concerns and grievances with fellow workers, supervisors, work environment, schedules, etc. Conduct investigations involving temporary employee conflicts. Work with client’s HR department to obtain statements from temporary personnel when needed for investigations of direct employees of the client, and vice versa.
