Leveraged my experience in reporting an analytics to expend the regional KPI and Forecasting reports I had developed from regional reporting to national reporting. Developed the firm's Utilization Calculator to give all resources insight into their year end Utilization and how they need to perform to get there. Developed and manage semi monthly KPI distribution to all staff.
