For the past year I have been working in the electrical contractors sector, managing and planning work which is based throughout the country. I enjoy managing and liaising with both the contractors and the engineers arranging accommodation were needed. Manage/ collate information for all quotations, preparing paperwork and work closely with the managing Director on sending out quotations on all contracts. I pride myself on being organised and love working within a team, I am an approachable and friendly person with a can do attitude.Previously I worked in the banking industry for 18 years, working in the commercial sector, I worked within both small and corporate Departments were I gained lots of experience and knowledge in customer services and business banking knowledge. I gained experience in handling data information for both customers accounts and followed the bank procedures and policies at all times. Due to the volume of work and calls, I am able to multi task and prioritise my workflows accordingly to the task and communicate my findings were necessary.
