An experienced resourceful manager across Shopping Centre /Retail management, National Operations and FM including compliance, soft services management (security and cleaning), hard services, and Guest Experience. Previously National Operations and Guest Experience Manager at Capital & Regional, and prior to that Head of Safety for House of Fraser for over 10 years. Before moving across to the private sector I was a fully qualified practicing EHO with enforcement experience in several local authorities. A unique perspective on risk and operational management drawing on 30 years of experience. I have also completed the prestigious Oxford Summer School Academy, resulting in a City And Guilds accreditation in Finance and Marketing.Since starting my own business, I am fortunate enough to have supported the talented Liverpool One team to restructure their technical services department. What an amazing experience - a successful 3 month contract which has resulted in a rejuvenated team with clear job roles and structure. Next was supporting the amazing Trafford Centre team as Operations Director for 18 months at this iconic centre which I grew up with being a Lancashire lass! Then wow my next challenges in 2024 were Interim Operations Director at the wonderful Derbion until (ongoing), whilst also Interim Centre Director at the fabulous Highcross in Leicester until Xmas!
