- Receive requests from Local Government bodies within WA to place media- Creating advertisements/notices using existing templates and send back for client approval.- Booking advertisements/notices via various media channels ensuring time deadlines are met, and orders are prioritised according to their deadlines- Liaise with client throughout process responding to any issues or enquiries- Cost placement orders using Spectra MD, and ensure pro-forma invoices are accurate- Reconcile monthly account queries- Liaise with creative studio to create new artwork for clients as required
