I am a Director and currently Chair of Trustees at Bradford on Avon Museum. Over the 10+ years I have been a director and trustee, I have had particular responsibilities for business projects, accreditation, annual reporting to the South West Museum Development, and membership, as well as running the monthly discussion group. I led our Arts Council funded Sustainability project, led on accreditation, commissioned our prospectus, co-wrote the Museum's business plan, and am responsible for ensuring that the 'improvement projects' we have undertaken are progressed in line with the requirements of the national accreditation body. I have developed and mounted various exhibitions, have secured funding for projects, and I'm currently writing a booklet on Bradford on Avon's Memorial Baths.

Overall responsibility for the multiple stream project to replace the National Trust website, including planning, financial management, reporting, managing interdependencies, risk management, and stakeholder engagement at all levels. Led a large, multidisciplinary internal + external team covering tech, content and product streams of work. Carried the project vision while balancing the needs of different stakeholders, and making hard choices in response to difficult and changing circumstances.

Responsible for creating and delivering the Digital Roadmap for NT website, using Agile and Lean delivery methods, working with business stakeholders and subject matter experts, as well as with internal and external development teams.

Set up and managed a library and information service for a global financial services company, leading a remote team of seven information specialists based in London, Hong Kong and Miami.
