Interventions included improving skills related to motor planning, sensory integration, letter reversals, handwriting, social skills, bilateral coordination, cutting skills, and visual perception.

Diagnoses included: hip replacement, hip fracture, debility, general muscle weakness, dementia, spinal fractures and fusions, and CVA.Interventions included working on skills related to ADLs, IADLs, purposeful activities and preparatory activities with a meaningful client centered approach.
