Building on my CRM and operational knowledge of the organization, I have transitioned into an HR Generalist role to continue to support the company internally by leading recruitment efforts, organizing benefits enrollment as well as crafting company policies and best practices. In this role, some of my responsibilities include:- Designed and directed the integration of a new company software (Payworks) within five weeks - Cultivated the creation and implementation of 5 new HR policies (short-term/long-term disability, over-time, bereavement, and vacation)- Create descriptive and compelling LinkedIn, Indeed, and university career portals job postings to increase applicant engagement- Founded a holiday initiative partnership with The Shoebox Project to build our organizational community impact - Created and implemented an employee handbook- Designed and implemented a new hire process to increase retention and engagement (“New Hires Lunch Program”)

In this expanded role, I took on additional responsibilities to help drive the operational success of our customer service, technician, and sales representative teams.Specifically, the scope of this expanded role included: - Onboarded new administrative recruits by facilitating training sessions via Zoom - Manage and organize technician’s routes by scheduling, rearranging, and optimizing route time for technicians - Daily correspondence with branch, sales, and technician managers as well as correspondence with accounts receivable, sales representatives, and technicians - Ongoing supervision of administrative team, overseeing data entry and representative communication for a team of four administrative assistants - Provide support for Ontario, Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton, and Montreal offices

As a Sales Administrative Coordinator, I was responsible for supporting our Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, and Vancouver offices by providing administrative support, calendar management, and executive assistance for our customer service, technician, and sales representative teams.
