Facilitated multiple transaction closings, including managing conditions precedent and closing documents and drafting related corporate documents, for transactions such as a $4 billion power and water project in Qatar, a $400 million acquisition and asset-backed financing of an energy company in Abu Dhabi, and a $100 million Islamic financing of a real estate acquisition in Dubai. Drafted memoranda regarding local law issues.

Assisted in the preparation and closing of four major project financings (conventional and Islamic). Drafted documents for various corporate transactions, including share transfers, company formation, and labor agreements. Supervised the work of one paralegal and three interns.
