- Employed by Brisbane Catholic Education as a graduate primary school teacher. I worked with this organisation for two years, before moving to the UK on a working holiday visa.- I undertook various contract teaching positions in Cambridge and London, whilst also travelling across the UK, Europe, US and Asia (2005/2006).- I entered the recruitment industry through working as a consultant for a London boutique agency in the education sector, where I had a dual role providing recruitment solutions to clients as well as delivering induction and compliance training to our contract teachers.
