This course offers a unique blend of business modules concentrated on the modern food sector and food science modules.I have a genuine interest and knowledge of the food industry having originated from a beef farming background and am aware of the efforts made by those throughout the ''farm to fork'' process.Passionate about every aspect of food and the thriving Irish food industry.
