Preparing OJEU compliant tender packs and negotiating terms to appoint suitable contractors in line with PD and CDM requirements. Creating design specifications in line with national and local policy, Employers requirements and negotiating specifications to deliver high quality units and maximise customer satisfaction. Responsible for annual Design Brief and design code reviews, exploring MMC and ensuring that any associated policy, H&S, regulatory and audit requirements are met. Updating internal policies to reflect changes and liaison with colleagues to update and implement changes. Responsible for internal team engagement during and after delivery, lessons learnt application for post scheme reviews to incorporate learning and avoid repeat. Responsible for team training identified to meet business needs.
