I worked in office hours as an assistant to research promotional opportunities, respond to emails, and help organize ticket purchasing for each different sporting event. I also answered phone calls, provided on site customer service for people coming to the game, and collect customers tickets.

In this position I led a group of around 50 first year college students to teach them in a classroom setting about school resources and have one-on-one meetings with them to be a resource for their success. This job required self-motivation, time management, intentionality, and learning to work closely with a partner for an extended period of time.

I have worked at 10 Barrel as my summer job on my college breaks. Through this position, I have learned customer service skills, time management, and collaboration while working in a team.
