-Responsible for maintaining and growing a book of business including clients ranging from 500-5000 employees. -One of four regional account managers nationwide to be selected for the Relationship Management Leadership Council. Member of the council since 2012.-Graduate of the iLead Leadership Development Program – only the top 4% of eligible employees are selected.-Runner up for Account Manager of the Year in 2015. -Prepared and presented RFPs and proposals for new and existing clients-Created a questionnaire rating system for proposals that was successfully implemented -Negotiated renewals with carriers and presented subsequent packages to clients-Analyzed data and trend factors to assist in underwriting cases-Ran the implementation process from beginning to end for multiple clients -Claim and carrier issue resolution as needed for clients-Created monthly insurance bills for multiple clients-Created and assisted clients with plan communications (SPDs, contracts, employee presentations, etc.)

I was a part of the Comcast Digital Voice Deployment Project. My responsibilities included the following:-Created a weekly update report providing deployment information that was distributed to over 1200 people -Creation and maintenance of detailed project plans for deploying markets-Liaison for all North Division CDV related activities, was responsible for producing a weekly report of “hot items” in the market as well as being the primary point of contact for the business unit-Assisted in designing a temporary architecture for the Time Warner migration-Facilitated the transition of multiple project area functions to Comcast employees and outside contractors
