Kate is responsible for all probate matters including administration of estates and advice on wills and estate planning. Kate also deals with some property matters.Starting her legal career as a conveyancing clerk at the Law Officers’ Department, Kate progressed her career through eight years in the property department of a large Jersey law firm. In that time Kate obtained a post-graduate diploma in law and qualified as a Solicitor of the Royal Court of Jersey. Kate joined Bois Bois in November 2014. Kate was sworn in as an Advocate of the Royal Court in October 2017.Kate enjoys dealing directly with clients to understand each and every personal and family situation in order to provide specific advice and appropriate solutions. Kate appreciates that all clients are different and aims to ensure each client receives advice they understand so they can make the best decision possible. Good communication is key to a successful working relationship.
