Evolution Safety Resources (ESR) is a nationwide workplace safety consulting firm. From our headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina, we help our clients surpass compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) while keeping employees safe on the job. ESR offers services spanning on-site safety staffing, custom content development, workplace inspections, OSHA response, and more. I act as Office Manager and HR Manager.

Employee engagement, recruitment and staffing, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, policy development and HR analytics.

I led a team of 10 call center representatives that worked remotely and handled a call volume of 500-700 calls per day. My team was 1 of 2 call center teams supporting 600+ optometric practice locations nationwide. I was responsible for managing an efficient and balanced workflow to produce high quality service and patient satisfaction. I was responsible for long-term strategic management as well as the day-to-day tactical needs of the department. In addition, I collaborated with other departments and locations to ensure continued alignment with the organization's philosophy towards patient care. The call center team was the only patient resource available nation-wide during the onset of COVID. We remained fully operational as the company adjusted to temporary shutdowns and the new normal.

As ECA grew, I took on various roles to meet and exceed the aggressive goals of the company. During my tenure, we grew the company from 7 local offices to 26 regional offices throughout North Carolina before before being acquired by MED in 2014. My longest tenured role was as a GM at the Wakefield location in Raleigh, NC. Under my leadership, the practice revenue grew from 600k to over 1.75 million annually. In addition, this location was consistently recognized on one of the top 3 performers within the organization. In 10 years as the GM, I built a team that was committed to achieving increased revenue results while delivering concierge level service. Over the years, several of my team members were recognized for their excellence by being chosen for leadership positions within the organization.
