- Developed developmentally appropriate lesson plans and instructional materials and provided individualized and small group instruction to adapt district curriculums to the needs of each student. -Successfully utilized the following curriculums and methodologies; Creative Curriculum, Teaching Strategies GOLD assessments, Fundations, HandWriting Without Tears and social emotional curriculums; Pyramid Model and Social Thinking. -Taught in an inclusive classroom while working closely with early childhood special education and support staff to collaborate on identifying student needs, implementing individual education plans with corresponding support goals within a regular education classroom, and facilitating referrals. -Evaluated student academic and social-emotional growth and kept proper records to prepare regular progress reports.
