I am a very experienced customer focused professional who has worked in a number of industries both in the public and private sectors. I have gained experience through permanent and temporary work and thus have developed a flexible approach which enables me to work with all levels within an organisation from senior management to the office floor. I am able to fit in to a team and adapt to a role very quickly when required. I have experience in Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Recruitment, Retail, Training ( in relation to helping people back to work and training people new to a role), Administration, Marketing (Basic promotional activities putting together and distributing information packs), Organising an Induction Day and overseeing a Recruitment Assessment Centre. I have worked for well known brands such as Miss Selfridge, Skipton Building Society, North East Chamber of Commerce, Norwich Union, Abbey National, Barclaycard to name a few.I have temped in recent years in a bid to further develop my knowledge in a number of areas and thus give me valuable experience that I can bring to an organisation. I have worked through various agencies for the NHS, North Yorkshire Police, North Yorkshire County Council, and most recently for North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service. In recent years I cared full time for my late Mum who has early onset Alzheimers which enhanced my organizational and problem solving skills.
