Leading the operational teams responsible for the administration of Starter, Leaver and Mover processes for c.38, 000 employees and contingent workforce on a Global scale. Responsible for key processes split across both outsourced and insourced teams, Resourcing Operations (Inc. Resourcing Compliance & Immigration) Workday Organisational Management Analysts and In-Country teams operating within the HR models to partner the Group Shared Service functional areas. Pivotal to the stabilisation and ongoing improvements since the implementation of Workday HCM, the largest Global transformation in the company history.• Build, develop and nurture the teams to deliver operational excellence across Workforce Administration and Resourcing Operations, identifying strengths and development areas and providing clear direction and deliverables. The teams are currently based across the UK, North America. Norway & Netherlands c.40 FTE, ensuring consistent and high quality experiences for employees, candidates and suppliers• Scope, vendor select and implement a Global Workday integrated background checking service, ensuring activity is embedded to deliver a high touch service via the operational support teams • Own key HR business end to end operational processes such as ‘New Hire & On-boarding’, underpinned and supported by Workday• Partner in-house systems and Process Management teams to embed, maximise and improve business processes related to workforce via Workday system, implemented Globally in August 2016• Provide essential resourcing compliance management, ensuring Centrica maintains its right to operate by enforcing compliant hiring processes across the Group, maintaining our brand reputation • Partner key stakeholders across the Group, providing a consultative approach and formulating appropriate and suitable solutions• Governance and support for mass organisational change in structures via Workday and ongoing maintenance of organisational structures

Achievements included:• Leading and directing the teams c.20, accountable for the resourcing administration and compliance responsibilities that underpin the wider Resourcing Team to deliver c.3500 permanent external hires and undertake c.5000 pre-employment checks for new and existing workforce. This is achieved through formulating and implementing rigid administrative solutions and processes, backed by HR business systems to protect the business• Responsible for leading and driving the agenda for the teams accountable for Asylum & Immigration obligations and successfully passing the Home Office (UKVI) audits in order to remain an A-rated sponsor • Scoping and implementing and delivering to BAU, the MSP transformation project to outsource Centrica’s Non-Permanent Workers, whilst aligning and integrating to the in-house systems and achieving commercial savings

The Resourcing Team comprises c.80 people and provides resourcing support across all BU's of Centrica / British Gas ranging from volume recruitment to internal recruitment, to senior level one-off hires.Resourcing & Compliance is accountable for pre-employment checking, asylum & immigration, non-perm hires, attraction, diversity and the administration team.
