mdgroup is an independent global organisation providing professional services to a wide range of industries. With divisions in life sciences for the pharmaceutical and clinical research industry, patient retention, recruitment, corporate events and travel management services, mdgroup provides white-gloves services to businesses around the world. The company was established in 2002 and has offices in Europe, Asia and the US.As Head of Global Operations at mdgroup, I managed a team of account directors and managers and supported them in the effective planning and implementation of events around the world. My duties included the delivery of meetings, client consultations, and training and development of project managers and co-ordinators, as well as continued development and improvement across mdgroup’s varied client portfolio. I also conducted regular team achievement meetings.
