Mapping Fairtrade supply chains for Ben & Jerry's ice cream, and diving deep into the impact this amazing company is having at producer level. Delivering improved global alignment to B&J's two operational centres of North American and EU markets, using tailored online systems.

Successfully working with the Coop's sustainability team, buyers and traders to introduce Fairtrade certified cocoa into all Coop's own brand chocolate products (Fairtrade Sourcing Ingredient), including producing guidance documents for third party suppliers and delivering against a tight time frame. This programme resulted in an additional 2,800MT of cocoa being sourced at origin, bringing further Fairtrade benefits to farmers and their communities.

Reviewing audits undertaken by independent auditors against the Fairtrade Trader Standards, and working closely with stakeholders to bring them into compliance against the specified criteria. Introducing Fairtrade partners to new Standard requirements through 1/1 training and webinars. Working closely with supply chain team to source Fairtrade products from both traders and farmers at origin.

Supporting the Fairtrade wine category at source and in the global north. Scoping out, stress testing and thereafter introducing new Fairtrade wine licence fee model to UK partners.
