CurrentI've been working in Geneva Media Services, a digital marketing and advertising agency for a large automotive group as a CRM Administrator/Auditor since August, 2019. Here are some of my duties below: • Primary responsibility is to develop automotive sales workflows and implement, audit and train Business to Consumer best practices.• Pulling Reports and Auditing on a monthly basis using Elead (Car Dealer CRM)• Ensures that the data in CRM is correct• Works with the entire organization as a champion; trains people to ensure that the CRM is understood by new and existing users; and helps the system to grow and evolve.• Provides support and training for staff in data entry and basic management• Assesses various options for optimizing and customizing the system to help the system grow and evolve
