BHR role support commercial sales/marketing of Allergan Aesthetics

1. C&B- Annual Salary Survey - Responsible for C&B related project (Allergan new payroll system roll-out in 2014 (Act as project manager) / Annual retention bonus project / Annual Merit Increase and bonus pay out / Benefit related project etc.) - Provide data analysis reports to HRBP and HRD2. HRIS- APAC HRIS excellence team member, key user of China’s HR systems (Workday / SAP / TALEO / Success Factors / Payroll outsourcing company’s system) - Ensure China Workday and SAP data’s accuracy and updating timely, work together with Global helpdesk team to solve daily issues- Successfully finish Allergan new payroll system roll-out in 2014 (Act as project manager)- Successfully finish the data validation and consolidation during M&A 20153. TA- Responsible for East and South region Eyecare BU sales force recruitment, analyze recruitment requirement and build internal talent pool- Conduct 1st round face to face interview for Shanghai and telephone interviews for other cities, ensure the recruitment process can be finished in a certain cycle and act as a bridge between line manager and headhunter.- Provide recruiting reports and data analysis

1. Responsible for one BU's social security declaration(including the new hires and resiged staff)2. Responsible for benefits projects coordination.
