- Assist the Project Management team with daily work - Assist with overall user story and scope writing - Assist with communication with the design team - Help with time tracking and assignments - Assist in improving satisfaction from existing clients - Assist with content insertion, meeting minutes, etc.- Assist with the quality testing and assurance- Make outbound communications to prospective customers to plan meetings for the managing team

- Providing basic user support for the classroom recording solution - Providing basic user support for mobile AV Zoom carts - Escalating support issues to AV technicians and analysts - Possible remote working duties such as data entry for department inventory database- Performing routine room AV system checks and replenishing supplies - Testing functionality of AV systems and documenting issues - Verifying correct seating capacities - Reporting room deficiencies such as damaged furnishings - Arranging, photographing and documenting room equipment for the learning space database

-Handle the acquisition of all required licences for active programs, including but not limited to:Special Event Permits, Function Responsibility Forms.-Coordinate the hiring or appointment of a photographer for all active programs.-Host internal social events for the Council in order to facilitate a healthy team culture.-Organize and host dynamic events for UBC students, helping foster an engaging community.
